How To Get Rid Of Red Scars From Acne Efficiently

Red acne scars are formed when a pimple or pustule gets popped and doesn’t heal properly. Post a fierce bout of acne, the skin at the site of the pimples either overgrows or gets damaged and forms into scars. Though such scars fade and disappear naturally over a span of time, they may take longer to heal if left untreated. Most of these scars are red in colour with the exception of a few in brown or black.

The following are some of the ways to get rid of red scars from acne permanently:

1) Wash your face at regular intervals. Natural soaps have an advantage over synthetic soaps. Avoid the use of toners, astringents, and chemicals because they serve as irritants to the skin. This can worsen the scars, causing them to become redder and even more noticeable.

2) Mix water and baking soda to form a paste. Apply this paste to the affected regions by massaging gently. Massage for nearly 30 seconds particularly on the skin that has undergone hyper-pigmentation. Rinse thoroughly with water. Baking soda works as an abrasive agent and is extremely efficient when it comes to pigmented spots. Follow this remedy regularly for a skin free of acne scars and blemishes.

3) Use of moisturizers on an oily skin is not advisable. Pimple prone skin produces excessive natural oils which are suffice for the skin.

4) Lemons have an amazing ability to peel and bleach. Apply lemon juice over the acne scars with the help of a cotton ball. Let it remain for some hours, while you remain indoors. Do not expose the affected area to the sun because lemon makes the skin sensitive to light.

5) Sandalwood oil soothes the skin and helps in banishing pigmentation. Apply the oil on scarred regions and let it remain overnight. Sandalwood powder and rose water mixture can also be used as an effective antidote to battle acne scars.

6) Most beauty treatments utilize pearl powder, which lightens the colour of the skin. When mixed with honey, this powder can lighten acne scars as well. Use the mixture twice every week for desired results.

7) Another effective solution to treat acne scars can be made by mixing coconut oil with camphor powder. A mixture of tee tree oil and almond oil can also unclog pores and reduce pigmentation, which is caused by acne. Regular use of Vitamin E oil on scars can also lighten then, when applied twice daily.

8) Pigmentation can be lightened with the help of virgin coconut oil too. This oil can be used as a moisturizer, especially on the dry regions of the skin. It also takes care of other skin ailments.

9) The juice of the cucumber plant is another potent astringent and natural cleanser.

10) Pulp of pineapple and papaya can reduce acne marks to a great extent. Leave the pulp on for around 20 minutes. This releases the enzymes and fruit acids, which work wonders for the skin.

Although complete restoration of the skin to how it appeared prior to acne outbreak is unlikely but following the aforementioned treatment remedies can certainly make the skin physically more acceptable. Red acne scars, however, can be prevented by treating acne in the nick of time.

When you suddenly find yourself scratching your head uncontrollably, and the resultant of it is not dandruff, then you should be certain that you have head lice. Head lice are more a less common to schoolchildren, who would generally get infected by playing with other children who have lice in their head. Lice can actually accumulate when you live in a dirty area, or you have been to any area that is more or less is not considered hygienic. Getting lice in your head is not at all considered hygienic, and you should avoid your children or the person who has lice to communicate with others, and get rid of the problem soon.

A Head louse does not surface until two months have passed, and the infestation has taken place in a good amount. In order to get rid of head lice, you should always use our clean comb, and you should brush your hair and daily, so that whatever lies as a present in your head can come out. You should always brush your hair whenever you come out of your bath, and this method should always be applied for at least a period of two weeks, and repeated every 3 to 4 days in a week.

You could also massage your scalp with olive oil and tea tree oil, and massaged them daily or also use them as a head wash. Also the application of onion juice on your scalp can go a long way in curing the red bumps in your scalp, and the removal of head lice from your head. The application of vinegar is also very beneficial for removal of head lice. You should make a mix of vinegar; an approximate amount of two tablespoon should be enough, with water in appropriate quantity, and apply it to the hair follicles. You should always do this before going to bed, and when you are in bed, cover your head with a cotton cloth, and wash your head in the morning, and comb it properly. You would see that the infestation of head lice in your head has gone down manifold, and the pain in your scalp would be relieved.

Also some garlic cloves that are made into a paste and mixed with lemon juice and applied to the head can be a very good solution for head lice. Have had a bath with lukewarm water and use a mild shampoo the next day to get rid of the garlic cloves paste.
