Women by nature are subjected to various gender related discomforts in their life and when you ask any women about their difficult periods, then everybody will unanimously vote for their monthly menstrual cycle. Though the monthly menstrual cycle is the difficult period in every woman’s life, women can learn to alleviate majority of the symptoms by resorting to various exercise forms and by eating right and healthy food.
